How DholeraPulse verifies

DholeraPulse exists to be trusted, by readers and by the answer engines that increasingly summarise the web. That trust rests on a simple method.

Sourcing

Every number on this site traces to a named source. We prioritise government and official portals (DICDL, NICDC, GIDB, DSIRDA, PIB, CEA, GUJRERA, the Census), then company announcements, then reputable business press. Where a figure is a projection or a press-reported status rather than an established fact, we tag it as reported or target and keep the date attached.

We say unknown

If we cannot source something, we say so and route you to where it can be confirmed, rather than inventing a number. You will see this most often around plot prices, exact opening dates, and detailed zoning splits, which are genuinely not reliably public. We never publish an invented rupee price for a Dholera plot.

Neutral on developers

Our developer directory lists builders without ranking anyone for money. We show the verified Google rating as a dated snapshot, publish the factual details a company states, and add the same universal due diligence checklist to every profile. We do not sell plots, take referral fees, or accept payment for placement.

Freshness

Durable facts (the SIR Act, areas, the legal structure) rarely change. Volatile facts (project status, ratings, prices) are marked as dated snapshots and refreshed. The whole site was last reviewed on 22 July 2026.
